How does the remote work?
OTTO controls REM wirelessly from up to 33 ft (10 m) away. Use it yourself or hand it to your partner to set the intensity.
Can I use it in the shower?
Yes, REM is shower-safe. Keep OTTO, the remote, out of the water.
How do I clean REMOTTO?
Clean REM before and after every use with warm water and a mild, neutral soap, then let it air dry. Wipe OTTO with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid cleaners with alcohol, gasoline or acetone.
Which lubricant should I use?
Always a water-based lubricant. Silicone-based lubes can damage the surface of silicone toys over time.
How should I store and travel with it?
Keep both pieces together somewhere dry, away from direct sun and high temperatures. A cotton or fabric pouch protects them from dust. If you are flying, we recommend packing it in your checked bag.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in unmarked packaging with no product names or brand imagery on the outside, and product names never appear on your bill.
What does the warranty cover?
